…a unique experience in Jefferson City. Dick Otke Construction Company worked closely with their client to bring her vision of a medical environment for aesthetic and cosmetic services to life. Their collaboration resulted in strategically using the 8700 square feet to create an interior plan that included treatment rooms for aesthetic medicine, procedures for the face, skin and body, retail display and relaxation areas for decompressing.
All five senses were addressed through the use of design, color, lighting, sound, texture and amenities. The use of space and design communicates a very personal environment where clients are immediately at ease. DOCC was able to address all the needs of their client by identifying the appropriate square footage each space requires and fit everything into the footage available.
The potential of their business is maximized by the design. Through clear communication, DOCC was able to understand their vision and present it in a tangible form that maximizes the function. All aspects of the design build process were brought to the table, and DOCC’s experience allowed for a completed project that exceeded everyone’s expectations. It was a truly rewarding experience to be involved with owners who had a clear vision of the finished project.
